CADY Photographers are part-time seasonal team members responsible for capturing high-quality images at studio sessions, school picture days, and special events. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy working in energetic environments and creating memorable experiences for high school students and families. Photographers receive paid training and use company-provided equipment. No professional photography experience is required and hobbyists are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
- Create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for students and families
- Set up, test, and maintain photography equipment before each session
- Follow company processes to ensure accurate image processing and workflow completion
- Work collaboratively with team members to support efficient event execution
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Support additional operational initiatives and responsibilities as business needs evolve
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and out of high school
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Pass a satisfactory background check
- Able to work well within a team setting and independently
- Able to coach and learn quickly
- Able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Able to read, write, and speak in English
- Able to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments with music, crowds, and lighting equipment
Qualifications
No professional photography experience is required and hobbyists are encouraged to apply. Paid training will be provided.
Skills
Outgoing personality, ability to work well in teams, strong customer service skills, and the ability to learn quickly and produce a quality output.
