About the role

We are seeking a talented Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, experience with Adobe CJA, and a passion for delivering actionable insights to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
  • Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master's degree preferred)
  • Typically 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
  • Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields
  • Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle

Qualifications

  • Valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel as needed

Pay

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.

Schedule

In our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model, most people in external, client-serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
