About the role
The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Transformation team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Workfront Fusion to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, experience with Adobe CJA, and a passion for delivering actionable insights to clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
- Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of customer journey analytics, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
- Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master's degree preferred.
- Typically, 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
- Able to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.

What We Offer You
- Comprehensive compensation and benefits package including base salary range of $102,500 to $187,900 in all geographic locations in the US and $122,900 to $213,400 in New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).
