Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store with a warm smile and inspire them through expert sales of our product range
• Maintain a consistently appealing and curiosity-driven product presentation
• Handle our merchandise management and POS systems with confidence
• Represent the Jack Wolfskin brand skillfully in direct customer contact and reliably achieve the predefined sales targets

Requirements

• Ideally proven experience in textile retail, preferably in fashion or sports sales
• Strong proficiency with PCs
• Passionate outdoor enthusiast who can authentically convey the lifestyle behind our brand
• Open and communicative personality with a high degree of customer and service orientation
• Fluent English is a plus
• Flexible team player ready to support peak business periods
