Student Worker - Resource Development/Foundation

Salary: $14.00 per hour
Hours: 10–15 per week (flexible with class schedules)
Location: On-site at Main Campus, 1845 Loop Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101
Anticipated employment: August 2026 – May 2027

About the role

The SKYCTC Office of Philanthropy is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable work-study student to help bridge the gap between generous donors and student success. You will assist with general office operations, special event support, and campus events.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital files
• Handle mailings
• Data entry and scanning
• Assist with communications to various constituents
• Assist with planning and set-up for Foundation-hosted events, campus ceremonies, and community gatherings
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Declare a program of study
• Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall and Spring semesters
• Maintain a 2.0 GPA
• Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) and Maximum Time Frame (MTF) requirements each semester
• Have a completed FAFSA on file
• Pass state and national pre-employment background checks
