Responsibilities
- Maintain and update attendee lists
- Aid in nametag creation
- Conduct post-event data entry and coding
- Pack/unpack event supplies and equipment
- Support coordination of event logistics
- Provide onsite support during event setup, execution, and teardown
- Perform clerical functions (copying, collating, word processing, filing, answering phones, etc.)
- Distribute mail to events team members
- Maintain storage areas to keep equipment in its proper location
- Manage inventory of event supplies
- Ensure all supplies and equipment are returned, stored properly, and maintained in event-ready condition
Requirements

- Efficient in MS Office
- Work outdoors
- Up to 19 hours max a week
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Purdue University Student
- Preference given to Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM) students
