Student Worker - Math/Science & Arts/Humanities

Student worker position supporting the SKYCTC Math/Science & Arts/Humanities Department on the Main Campus in Bowling Green, KY.

Pay

$14.00 per hour

Schedule

• Up to 20 hours per week
• Anticipated employment for the 2026–2027 academic year

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the correct office
• Check campus mail and deliver to appropriate offices
• Answer phones and take messages
• File, copy, and scan documents
• Assist with event preparation
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Submit a completed, current-year FAFSA to SKYCTC
• Be a U.S. citizen or an eligible non-citizen
• Be credential-seeking in a SKYCTC program of study
• Maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher and make Satisfactory Academic Progress
• Maintain enrollment in 6 or more program-applicable credit hours
• Have “unmet need” in the financial aid budget to allow for a federal work-study award
• Consent to state and national pre-employment background checks, per Kentucky State Law
