Join our passionate teams and dedicated leaders as a Student Food Services / Catering Worker. You’ll play a key part in food preparation, safety, and customer service while developing valuable social skills. Prior experience isn’t required—we’re looking for students ready to grow with Aramark.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions.
- Properly stores food in accordance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Sets up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables.
- Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.
- Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating needs.
- Replenishes food items and maintains appropriate stock levels.
- Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor toward guests, clients, and co-workers.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation.
- Ensures security of company assets.
Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice to meet business needs.
Requirements
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Must have or acquire food safety certification.
- Demonstrates guest service skills.
This role may include physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing, as well as requirements for uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $12.00 to $14.00.
