Job Description

Position Summary:

Browse is LIU’s authorized technology store that offers discounted tablets, laptops, desktops, gaming consoles, and accessories to students, faculty, and staff with a valid LIU ID. As a student associate you will help with the daily operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Student associates at Browse play a key role in daily operations while gaining hands-on experience alongside certified Help desk technicians.
• They develop skills in retail, customer service, business management, marketing, e-commerce, and tech support—valuable résumé builders before graduation.
• Students are also encouraged to visit Browse for Help desk support, including assistance with MyLIU account and password setup.

Education Requirements

LIU student enrolled in an active degree program, and are eligible for Federal Work Study

Rate of Pay

$17 per hour

Period of Employment

Begin Date: 09/2026, End Date: 5/2027
