Salary Information
Undergraduate student (Associate's or Bachelor's degree): $16.90/hour
Graduate student (Master's degree or higher): $18.05 - $20.93/hour, depending on semester/quarter units completed
Qualifications
Full-time college students currently enrolled in at least 9.0 semester units or 12.0 quarter units at an accredited college or university. The minimum unit load requirement is waived for students with a permanent disability.

An online San Diego Superior Court job application is required. Please visit the court's website at www.sdcourt.ca.gov. From the General Info tab, click on Employment. At the Job Opportunities page, click on the position that you are interested in and then click on the Apply button. New users of the NEOGOV/GovernmentJobs online application system will need to set up a job applicant user account.
Required Application Materials
- A Student Unit Load Verification Form completed by your college/university registrar, verifying that you are currently enrolled in at least 9.0 semester units or 12.0 quarter units of coursework.
- Your current official transcript.
- If your college/university offers an electronic format (e-transcript), your electronic official transcript may either be included as a PDF attachment to your online application, or emailed directly to Human Resources at CourtHR@sdcourt.ca.gov.
Selection Process
Active candidates who match the selected position type AND court location of available Student Worker vacancies will have their names forwarded to department hiring managers. Placement on the eligible list does NOT guarantee that all candidates will be contacted by hiring managers for interviews, nor imply that there are immediate openings available for all selected types of Student Worker positions and court locations. Hiring managers are not obligated to interview every candidate on a list referred to them. Factors to be considered may include education, training, experience and/or work availability.
