About the Role
Jordan School District partners with Educator Preparation Programs to support experiential learning through pre-clinical, practicum, and student teaching experiences. We also offer elementary and secondary internship opportunities with select schools and School Counselor and School Psychology internship opportunities with programs nationwide.

Future Educator Substitute Information
Future Educators (also known as pre-service educators) participating in student teaching with Jordan School District are encouraged to sign up as a substitute as well, so they can substitute for their mentor teacher in accordance with their university student teaching guidelines.
How to Apply / Contact
All pre-clinical, practicum, and student teaching requests should be directed to a member of the Hiring, Recruiting, and Licensing team from the university contact or advisor. Principals who receive requests will redirect them to the Hiring, Recruiting, and Licensing team. If you have questions regarding our Education Partnerships, reach out to the Hiring, Recruiting, and Licensing team for the level that you are interested in. If you don't see your university, contact the Human Resources Department Recruiting team for details on how we can support you in your Educator Preparation Program.
