About the role
The goal for every child at CGRC’s Elementary Education Services (EES) program is to learn the skills necessary to return successfully to one’s own public school district. Our structured academic environment combines group therapy, individual counseling, and on-site psychiatric services to provide a safe and supportive environment.

Requirements
CGRC’s Elementary Education Services (EES) Program is a licensed, private Special Education School for children in grades K-8 in Delaware County who are struggling in their public-school classroom. Our school is a structured academic environment, much like mainstream classrooms, and teaches an academic curriculum with a strong emphasis on social, emotional, and behavioral development.
Qualifications
CGRC seeks individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children and who are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Applicants should have a strong desire to work with children and a willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with a team, and a passion for education are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with special education practices are also preferred.
