About the role
Provides vital student support during the school day by developing positive relationships with students throughout the school building.
Responsibilities
- Greeting students and guests
- Modeling positive behavior
- Monitoring student behavior
- Providing student support in a variety of situations
- Working closely with main office staff to provide student support
- Work performed under the limited supervision of the Principal
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Moderate experience working with adolescents (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Associate's or Technical degree preferred
Pay
$24.13 per hour (per the Paraeducator Contract Salary Schedule)
Schedule
- Start date: ASAP for the 2026/27 school year
- Work week: 7.0 hours per day with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch (8:00 am – 3:30 pm daily)
