The Student Success Specialist role operates within an international education and study/work-abroad platform connecting students with institutions and advising on program selection and enrollment. This position focuses on student and program administration, ensuring accurate and traceable processes without guaranteeing admission, visas, immigration, or employment outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile student success-focused tasks with program coordination, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the international education platform.
  • Coordinate work and study travel job documentation with status tracking, maintaining clarity and traceability for student success.
  • Review enrollment support with deadline management, ensuring all actions are documented and follow a student-focused, success-driven workflow.
  • Document processes and generate reports to maintain compliance and visibility of student success activities.
  • Maintain quality control and workflow management, ensuring unresolved items have owners and errors are surfaced before causing downstream rework.

Strong student success-focused administration ensures that student and program records remain usable under the specific demands of the international education platform. Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear ownership, and repeated errors must be identified early to prevent rework.

Position Details

This is a full-time, associate-level role. It is 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$64,000 per year.
