About the role
The Student Services Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and the public while providing administrative and technical support to the Office of the Registrar.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume office environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams and Google Workspace applications, including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Research, interpret, and communicate college policies, procedures, and academic regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive student information.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Support the daily operations of the Registrar’s Office by assisting with student records processes, electronic forms, document management, website updates, data tracking, and communication management.
- May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
- May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor.

Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience. Hiring range is $18.00-$20.00/hourly.
