Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Aid parents/guardians with online registration via telephone and in person.
- Assist the Student Services Specialist with enrollment documentation, including verification and processing.
- Process and track data for various student types such as homeschool, private tutored, non-public school, and 1302 Affidavit.
- Support reception desk duties as needed.
- Facilitate building security by partially vetting visitors and providing information about Food Services, Special Education, and Transportation Departments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years experience as a Secretary.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Typing and data entry skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task.
