You May Be a Great Fit If… You are a biblically faithful, Spirit-led teacher who makes truth clear and compellingYou care deeply about discipleshipYou are relationally driven and pursue authentic connections with students and parentsYou thrive in team environments and value unity, collaboration, and shared wins What You’ll Do Spiritual Leadership & Discipleship Lead weekly student gatherings, small groups, and key ministry environmentsTeach Christ-centered, Scripture-driven messages that connect with real lifeCultivate a strong small group culture that fosters genuine spiritual growthProvide pastoral care to students, families, and volunteersMentor students toward lifelong faith, service, and leadershipPartner with parents as the primary disciplers of their students Team Building & Volunteer Development Build a ministry culture marked by presence, care, and relational investmentWork closely with the Youth volunteers to strengthen systems and creativity Ministry Leadership & Execution Plan and lead retreats, mission trips, outreach efforts, and special eventsCollaborate with church staff on key seasons and church-wide initiativesHelp develop and steward the student ministry budgetBuild connections with local schools and community partners What We’re Looking For A growing, vibrant walk with Jesus ChristA strong, engaging communicator who connects with studentsA humble, team-oriented leader who brings energy and joy to the workA healthy relational presence with both students and parentsBachelor’s degree required; M.Div. or theological training preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: $55,000–$70,000 (based on experience) Benefits: Medical insurance, retirement plan, paid vacation Schedule: Full-time (Sunday–Thursday, with flexibility for ministry events) Ready to Apply?
