Student Nurse Anesthetist, SRNA - STIPEND

Responsibilities
- $45,000 lump sum payment to the SRNA while in school in return for a 36-month commitment upon graduation from CRNA school.
- New to Duke CRNAs are offered a $60,000 hiring incentive (paid in 6 equal installments – $10,000 every 6 months over 36-months).
- FTE CRNAs working in a hospital setting are offered a $15,000 annual stipend for 1.0FTEs (or prorated for $2500 annual CME allowance for 1.0 FTEs, prorated for those working less.
- An $8,000 relocation budget is available for CRNAs whose permanent residence exceeds 50 miles and relocation is 50 miles or more to live near the Duke Facility.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Must be currently enrolled in a Master's degree program from a school of nurse anesthesia approved by the State Accrediting Agency and the Council on Accreditation of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
- At least 2 years of critical care experience to be accepted into the program.
