Student Ministry Leader

About the role

Lead the student team—staff and volunteers—at your campus
Recruit, equip, and shepherd leaders who disciple students
Preach and teach in ways that are biblically faithful and culturally relevant
Create space for parent partnership and engage with your local community
Integrate campus ministry with church-wide vision and collaboration
Pastor, shepherd, and disciple the hearts and minds of students, leaders, and staff
Participate in weekend services through things like baptisms, announcements, or communion.

Responsibilities

• Integrate campus ministry with church-wide vision and collaboration
• Pastor, shepherd, and disciple the hearts and minds of students, leaders, and staff
• Participate in weekend services through things like baptisms, announcements, or communion

Requirements

• Lives in Nelson County, Kentucky or will relocate in the first year of employment
• A team-builder with a collaborative heart
• A clear communicator who is passionate about the gospel
• Grounded in Scripture and engaged in local community
• Able to lead students and leaders through both clarity and change
• 2–3 years of experience in student ministry or a residency program
• Holds a bachelor’s degree
