Student Marketeer - Southern Methodist University

About the role

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer you will be part of the brand’s global ambassador program, reporting to the local Field Marketing Specialist. You will drive the brand image and product understanding on your campus and in the surrounding region by reaching new consumers, exciting university students, increasing sales, and enhancing visibility through direct consumer contact, product trials, and Red Bull events.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Product Ambassador: Live the brand personality and values; build and execute an innovative campus plan; create a strong network with key campus individuals; identify and collaborate with local collegiate content creators; invite product trials and answer consumer questions; work at Red Bull events and activations; increase brand engagement on social media with authentic content.
• Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers; ensure Red Bull is visible and available on campus and in the region; collaborate to open new distribution points; leverage Red Bull assets to stay top‑of‑mind; maintain perfect execution of store standards.
• Executional Excellence: Deliver detail‑oriented execution; share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular interactions; plan and report activities in the dedicated online platform accurately and timely; provide local insights, trends, and business development opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Currently enrolled in a university or college.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexible part‑time availability, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Deep involvement in student life and familiarity with the collegiate landscape and local hotspots.
• Connected with diverse influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Affinity for project management, behind‑the‑scenes work, and sales.
• Team player willing to represent Red Bull in branded attire and use the Red Bull Mini.
• Ability to lift and/or move items weighing 25 pounds or more, as needed.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $16.00 per hour. The rate is subject to change.

Schedule

Flexible part‑time hours, including some evenings and weekends, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
