Student Lab Assistant (Histopathology Lab)

Overview

The College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Student Lab Assistant to support the Pathobiology Department. In this role, the student will assist with daily operations in the Histopathology Lab.

Responsibilities

• Clean glassware
• General lab cleaning
• Accession specimens
• Assist with gross trimming
• File slides and blocks
• Maintain equipment

Qualifications

• Enrolled student at Auburn University
• Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Must be available to work some weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Organizational and communication skills.
