Student Involvement - Student Worker

About the role

Work closely with Director Student Involvement and Coordinator Student Activities to support on-campus and virtual event planning, serve as a liaison between club officers and Student Involvement staff, and assist with intramural events and food pantry management.

Responsibilities

• Greet students who have questions about clubs and organizations
• Work closely with Director Student Involvement and Coordinator Student Activities
• Assist with on campus and virtual event planning
• Be a liaison between club officers and Student Involvement staff
• Assist in managing food pantry on campus with Student Involvement staff
• Assist with intramural events on campus
• Create reports, flyers and complete research as requested

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in at least 6 hours for Fall 2025 semester
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products
• Good customer service skills, both in person and on telephone
• Ability to work in a confidential environment

Schedule

8-10 hours per week, flexible days.

Pay

$16.50 per hour.

Physical Demands

Must be able to lift items up to 45 lbs.
