Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track day-to-day Engineering activities as a summer project.
• Perform administration duties including filing, copying, faxing, and scanning.
• Observe manufacturing processes and equipment design.
• Complete accounting work, such as filling out forms with part numbers and their corresponding costs.
• Evaluate production and equipment problems and confer with management for improvements.
• Generate electronic Engineering tracking matrices.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Currently enrolled in an Engineering Program or related field.

Skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to communicate well with others and interact at all levels and departments.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software.
