Student Intern, Club Support & Campus Engagement

The Student Intern will play a direct role in shaping campus life while building real-world skills in event planning, communication, and leadership., Work closely with the Director to support registered student organizations (RSO’s) and campus wide engagement initiativesDevelop strong working knowledge of the RSA handbook and help ensure clubs understand and follow related policiesGuide students through the process of starting a new club when there is interest or needEnsure club related policy documents, registration forms, and records are complete, accurate, and currentServe as a point of contact and relationship builder for campus partners who serve as club sponsorsSupport communication and coordination between clubs, sponsors, and the SEA OfficeHelp identify gaps or opportunities for new engagement initiatives across campus relating to clubs, club membership, and participation in club eventsOther duties as assigned , Strong leadership, relationship building, and communication skillsComfortable working closely with campus departments, faculty, and staffInterest in student organization support, policy, and campus engagementNo prior experience required, willingness to learn is essential
