Basic Duties
- Copying, binding, printing drawings, books and manuals
- Delivery of interoffice mail
- Stocking paper and supplies
- Running errands
- Performing miscellaneous tasks as needed
- Software and standards training
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidates must be currently enrolled in an Associates or Bachelors engineering or architectural program
- Engineering disciplines supported by M3 include: Civil/Structural, Electrical/I&C and Mechanical
- Candidates must be at least in their second semester Freshman year through their Senior year
- A valid Driver License is required
- Must be able to work in a project team and maintain a project schedule
- Must be a self-starter, detailed-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills
- Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner
- Must be able to work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities with limited supervision
- A background check is required
