Student Intern

About the Role

This hybrid internship blends Human Resources and Marketing, giving you hands-on experience in employee engagement, internal communication, and external brand promotion. You'll work closely with HR and Marketing leadership to support daily operations, special projects, and long-term initiatives.

Location: The position will be onsite located at 500 S. State Street, Clarks Summit, PA 18411.

Hours: Available to work at least 20 hours per week. Schedule: Flexible within standard bank business hours Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee engagement activities.
• Assist with internal communications and various administrative tasks.
• Contribute to social media content, posts, and marketing campaigns.
• Help maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials.
• Participate in project planning, research, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Current student attending an undergraduate or graduate school at an accredited university or college.
• Be studying a program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• In good academic standing maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
• Friendly, personable and professional individual.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with confidential information.
• Creative thinker with a proactive mindset.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and posting.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
• CANVA or similar design software experience a plus.
• Email marketing software experience a plus.
