About the role

This is an on-site internship at our Fort Wayne, Indiana headquarters, running from February 22nd to April 30th, 2027. A limited number of interns will be selected for the Spring 2027 class, working 20-30 hours per week at $15 per hour.

Responsibilities

Choose your path—either Carrier Sales or Inside Sales / Account Management. During the interview process, we’ll determine the best fit based on your interests, strengths, and career goals.

• Carrier Sales
  • Build relationships with transportation providers and grow your professional network
  • Master negotiating rates and securing capacity
  • Learn market dynamics and pricing strategies from industry experts
  • Gain confidence through real, live interactions with carriers
  • Understand the complete freight journey from pickup to delivery
• Inside Sales / Account Management
  • Champion customer relationships and help them succeed
  • Learn the fundamentals of freight sales and account management
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Engage in load execution and service management
  • Develop business development and relationship-building skills

Schedule

We understand academics come first. Intern schedules will be built around class schedules and individual availability, with most interns working 20-30 hours per week. Exact hours will be determined during the interview process.

Eligibility

• Current college student pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree
• Available to work 20-30 hours per week during the Spring 2027 semester
• Able to work on-site in Fort Wayne, Indiana
