Job Summary/Basic Function
Aid in the coordination and delivery of art classes and workshops.
Provide on-site support to teaching artists and program staff during classes and events.
Research, gather, and prepare materials and supplies for workshops and programming.
Maintain and manage inventory lists, tracking supply levels and flagging when restocking is needed.
Attend and support community workshops, festivals, and special events as needed.
Help with general program logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A student currently enrolled in an arts, education, arts administration, nonprofit management, or related field
- Passion for the arts and community engagement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and a collaborative team player
- Comfortable working in a variety of settings- classrooms, community spaces, and outdoor events
- Ability to lift and transport art supplies as needed
