Student Fellow

About the role

The Student Fellow supports daily campaign operations, including voter outreach, phone banking, canvassing, event staffing, and engagement with community members and student groups. They assist with research on key issues, drafting outreach materials, digital organizing, and helping maintain campaign databases and contact lists.

Qualifications

• Current student status (high school, college, or graduate) or recent graduate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear writing, effective public speaking, and respectful engagement with diverse communities
• Organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and reliability in completing assignments on schedule
• Basic technology skills, including comfort with email, spreadsheets, social media platforms, and data entry
• Teamwork and collaboration skills, including a willingness to take direction, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment
• Demonstrate interest in public service, civic engagement, or politics, with the ability to maintain professionalism and campaign confidentiality
