Responsibilities
The HR Student Extern is designed to provide practical experience to students pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Under the direct supervision of HR professionals, the extern will assist with real-world HR tasks, such as recruitment, training, and employee relations, while learning about the strategic role HR plays in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Must be in good academic standing
- Preferably having completed coursework in HR fundamentals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
