The hospital is a 291-bed, acute care facility featuring specialized centers such as the San Diego Spine & Joint Center, an acute rehabilitation center, a cardiac catheterization lab, comprehensive surgical services, 24-hour emergency services, and behavioral health services for adults.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient services, including group psychotherapy, individual psychotherapy, and psychological assessment.
- Participates in treatment teams and program settings.
- Duration of internship is normally one (1) year.
Requirements
- Master’s degree.
- Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certificate.
- Current Assaultive Behavior Training.
- Minimum of one (1) year of hospital or outpatient experience in mental health care preferred.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $23.00 to $23.00 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
