Main Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the operational standards, logic frameworks, and QA processes that govern automation delivery.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of complex, data-driven automations that connect engagement channels and data sources.
- Own design and execution of complex, cross-system automations and logic that extend beyond established frameworks.
- Serve as technical owner for pilot initiatives, including evaluating feasibility, defining guardrails, and translating pilot outcomes into scalable automation patterns.
- Partner with automation enablement and data governance functions to ensure data readiness, integration integrity, and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with analytics and reporting functions to translate testing insights and performance trends into automation refinements.
- Support cross-channel delivery teams with QA alignment and standardized workflow documentation to ensure consistency across communication channels.
- Participate in roadmap and workload prioritization discussions, ensuring balance between throughput, innovation, and quality.
- Serve as mentor and technical advisor to Specialists and Senior Specialists, reinforcing best practices and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in automation operations, systems enablement, or omni-channel campaign management.
- Proven experience designing and maintaining complex automated workflows and logic frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data integrity, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
- Demonstrated experience owning complex automation implementations that span multiple systems, data sources, or operational constraints.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and commitment to accuracy and operational excellence.
