Student Exchange Ambassador - Brownwood area
About iE‑USA
iE‑USA is a 501(c)(3) non‑profit educational exchange organization founded in 2002. We are devoted to building and strengthening relationships and understanding among the people of the world, believing that learning about other cultures, languages, and customs is the best way to eliminate fears and prejudices. We provide individual care and direct support to exchange students, host families, local schools, and iE team members, and we are certified by the Council on Standards for International Educational Travel (CSIET). Volunteer Opportunities
With as little as 2–5 hours a month, you can make a real difference in the lives of teenagers, families, and your local community. Volunteers can:
- Meet people from other countries and cultures.
- Help make dreams come true for exchange students and host families.
- Find caring host families in your local community.
- Assist host families in selecting the right exchange student for their family.
- Support students and host families during their exchange experience.
You decide how you want to help.
Training and Support
Volunteers receive training and ongoing one‑on‑one support from our team, along with opportunities to form friendships and memories that last a lifetime.
