About the role
The Ready to Work (RTW) Program serves HCTC students who are receiving Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (K-TAP) benefits. Students must contact one of the Ready to Work Coordinators to determine eligibility before applying for this position.

Responsibilities
- Perform on-site job responsibilities as outlined by the RTW Coordinator and on-site supervisor. Examples of placement could include local retail, on-site institution offices, or custodial placement.
Requirements
- Applicant must receive K-TAP benefits.
- Applicant must be referred by the local Family Support Office.
- Applicant must be pursuing further education (enrolled/enrolling in college or working towards a GED).
- All applicants must contact a Ready to Work Coordinator to determine eligibility for the program.
