Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and instruction to students regarding homework and study assistance.
- Ensure safety and accountability.
- Maintain cleanliness of dorm.
- Aid students with independent living skills and conflict resolution skills.
- Aid students with literacy programs and organization of leisure time.
- Interpret and apply school policies related to the student development program, including discipline.
- Maintain appropriate records and submit reports.
- Attend meetings.
- Complete and maintain student records and reports.
- Attend necessary student meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- Education: High school graduate.
- Experience, Training, or Skills: One year of experience working with individuals in a student development or education program.
Working Conditions
- Work is typically performed in an instructional and counseling setting.
Probationary Period
- This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
