About the role

NHC Pulaski offers a 2-week state certified nurse aide training program that does not pay. Participants who successfully complete the program may be eligible for employment.

Responsibilities

• Attend all classes and clinicals without absences or tardiness.
• Pass each test with a score of 80% or greater to continue in the course.
• Purchase one set of scrubs to wear during the training.
• Undergo a criminal background check and consultation with the Tennessee and/or National Abuse Registry for Children and Adults.

• Valid Photo Identification
• Social Security Card

Qualifications

The best qualified candidates for the class will be chosen based on facility needs, shift availability, entrance exam scores, flexibility, and attitude.

Benefits

No benefits are provided during the training period. Successful completion of the course may lead to employment opportunities.

Not applicable. The program is un-paid.

Schedule

The 2-week training program runs continuously from start to finish. There are no breaks or scheduled days off.
