About the role
This role is designed for graduate-level students who are ready to actively apply their knowledge in real-world settings while receiving high-quality supervision.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients while developing core competencies in assessment, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
- Be supported by experienced BCBAs who are committed to your growth, not just your completion of hours.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in ABA (proof required)
- Eligible to begin accruing BCBA supervised fieldwork hours
- Reliable availability and strong communication skills
- Prior ABA experience preferred; RBT certification is a plus
- Candidates who have completed coursework must be eligible for any required graduate-level permits (if applicable)
