Student Barista/Cashier

About the role

We are seeking a Student Barista/Cashier to join our Parkhurst Dining team. This role offers a starting pay of $13/hour with potential for pay increases each semester. Eligible employees can earn $75 in JayCash for working at least one shift per week and 50 hours per semester.

Responsibilities

• Brew Barista coffee and flavor of the day coffee.
• Prepare and serve specialty drinks to order, following Parkhurst recipes.
• Price and stock all grab and go items.
• Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
• Stock coffee bean bins and keep them full at all times.

Requirements

• Standing and/or walking - 50% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.
