Student Assistant, Global Sales Training (WTR) Coloplast Denmark

About the role

This is a great opportunity to gain broad experience in building and executing a standardized global onboarding curriculum via a Learning Management System (LMS) for our global commercial business. You will join the Medical Specialist & Knowledge Advancement team at our Global HQ in Humlebæk, becoming part of a dedicated team supporting global sales training initiatives. The role reports to the Senior Global Sales Training Manager and encompasses global training operations and learning system support.

You will play an active part in supporting the development, structuring, and rollout of global training content while contributing to continuous improvement and project support. The role offers broad exposure to onboarding curriculum deployment, LMS operations, and training content development, with opportunities to support improvements in training delivery across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the build and rollout of a standardized global onboarding curriculum via LMS, including uploading and structuring courses, modules, and learning paths.
• Convert existing materials (PowerPoint, PDFs, SCORM) into structured e-learning formats, ensuring consistency in naming conventions and structure.
• Provide front-line LMS support to global markets, including user management, enrollment, and troubleshooting access issues.
• Support course assignment, tracking, and maintaining accurate data across users and training content.
• Support the refinement and formatting of sales training materials, including PowerPoint decks and global training assets.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to take ownership in a role with broad exposure across the business.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity to learn about global commercial operations and how training supports field performance.
• Strong academic results and an interest in learning, sales training, and digital platforms.
• Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Excel, and digital systems.
• High level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
• Clear communication in English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with LMS platforms or content development is an advantage. A mature and professional approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a role involving a broad range of stakeholders, is expected.

Schedule

Expected workload of around 15 hours per week, with some flexibility in placement of hours. You are expected to work from the office.
