ABA Student Analyst Program involving implementation of behavior plans under BCBA supervision, data collection, and assessments with children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Support Master's level education through supervision and training
- Implement individualized behavior plans
- Conduct sessions with learners, collect data, and perform assessments
- Work one-on-one and in group settings, collaborating with peers and supervisors
Requirements
- At least 18 years old with a Bachelor's in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Minimum one year experience with children with special needs or behavioral challenges
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid car insurance
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
