Student Analyst – ABA / BCBA Fieldwork (Compass Program)

About the role

The Compass Program at Healing Haven is a structured, full-time fieldwork practicum designed to prepare Master’s students in ABA (or related fields) for the BCBA role. It offers flexible fieldwork tracks, paid fieldwork, tuition savings, expert mentorship, advanced clinical opportunities, and a career pathway.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision (Restricted Hours).
• Participate in supervised clinical and administrative support activities to satisfy BACB requirements (Unrestricted Hours).
• Rotate through various clinical and support roles as dictated by training progression and clinic needs.
• Engage in weekly individual and group supervision to review goals and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Academic Status: Enrollment in an accredited Master’s or Doctoral program in ABA or a related field.
• Commitment: Full-time availability within a structured clinical schedule.
• Professionalism: Strong communication, reliability, and a clean employment record.
• Compliance: Ability to pass a national criminal background check.
• Physical Ability: Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed.
