- Ability to work independently and resolve issues and problems as they arise.
- Customer service experience helpful.
Responsibilities
- Absorb students and staff with logging in, locating software and printing.
- Work with the Service Desk and IT to report any issues with hardware and software.
- Resolve questions or problems as they arise, in this customer service role at a front desk.
