Responsibilities
- Crew Supervision: Direct daily activities of foremen, carpenters, laborers, rebar crews, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and safe work practices.
- Production & Performance: Monitor progress against production targets, identify constraints, and implement corrective actions to maintain or improve output.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce site safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, ensure compliance with project HSE requirements, and promote a strong safety culture.
- Field Engineering Coordination: Work closely with field engineers to interpret drawings, resolve technical issues, verify dimensions, and ensure constructability.
- Schedule Compliance: Plan and sequence structural works to meet project milestones, coordinate with other disciplines, and mitigate delays.
- Quality Control Execution: Oversee inspections, ensure adherence to specifications, review formwork and reinforcement installations, and verify concrete placement quality.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Structures Superintendent in tunnels/bridges/highways or heavy civil construction projects.
