About the role

Responsible for overseeing aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with external agencies to address regulatory issues and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance.
• Valid commercial pilot license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
