About the role
The Structured Investment Product Analyst works closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to support a broad range of alternative investment offerings. They serve as a subject matter expert on structured investments, communicate relative value and market opportunities to advisors and internal partners, and develop and enhance educational content and tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on structured investments, communicating relative value and market opportunities to advisors and internal partners
- Support advisor education and ongoing business, connecting product structure to real-time market conditions and client objectives
- Develop and enhance educational content and tools across structured investments
- Partner with trading, operations, compliance, legal and finance to ensure smooth and compliant execution, onboarding, and post-trade support
- Analyze and reconcile trade flows and data, supporting accuracy, controls, and scalability
- Leverage technology and process improvement to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
- Apply portfolio management insight to help advisors integrate structured investments into broader financial plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience with investment solutions in the insurance/financial services industry and/or within financial institutions
- Series 7 at time of application or within 90 days of start date
Qualifications
- Exposure to structured investments or other complex investment solutions
- Strong relationship skills within a matrixed organization
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced broker dealer environment
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational discipline and attention to detail
- Intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and energized by markets
- Willingness to work cross-functionally and thrive in an environment where ideas move quickly from concept to execution
