Structured Finance

Overview

The Structured Finance individual will be responsible for underwriting, structuring, negotiating, obtaining credit approval and closing newly originated structured finance credit facilities.

Responsibilities

• An integral member of the deal team responsible for the underwriting, structuring, negotiating, obtaining credit approval and closing newly originated structured finance credit facilities.
• Create credit memos for newly originated structured finance credit facilities.
• Review legal documentation for accuracy and compliance with approval requirements.
• Work with Product Partners including FX, Interest Rate Contracts, Global Transaction Payments, Capital Markets to incorporate these products into the credit facility structure as needed to mitigate risks, establish the cash management relationship with the client and offer capital markets products.
• Work with Customer Service Team to open relevant accounts as part of the overall client relationship and obtain BSA approval.
• Ensure compliance with EWB regulatory and credit requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of structured finance and securitization.
• Ability to understand and advise on complex financial proposals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA preferred.
• At least ten years of experience in structured finance/securitization.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $100,000.00/Yr. - USD $200,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
