Structured Finance Associate

Katten, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Associate to join its Structured Finance Department in its Charlotte, New York, or Washington, DC office.

About the role

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience with structured finance transactions and/or asset-backed finance experience. Knowledge of ABS, asset-backed credit facilities, and forward flow arrangements is preferred.

Pay

The estimated salary range for this role is $235,000 - $365,000. Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, including but not limited to experience, job history, class/graduation year, and practice area of the selected candidate.
