Structured Finance Analyst

About the Role

The CIB Structured Finance-IC6 researches, analyzes, and prepares support documents and client presentation materials as requested by the team and management. This role involves writing offering memoranda and engagement letters, analyzing companies from financial, operational, competitive, and industry standpoints, building complex financial models utilizing Microsoft Excel, performing transaction due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all policy, legal, and federal regulations. The position also requires researching and analyzing industries and market data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education
• 3+ Years Product Development, Product Management, or related field - Required
• 0+ Years Financial Services industry experience - Preferred
• Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing priorities and prioritize deadlines
• Ability to manage and uphold departmental standards
• Process-oriented, detailed and strong aesthetic sensibility
• Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) with ability to learn new software(s)
• Proven ability work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and project management skills

Pay

Minimum Base Pay Range: $110,000.00 USD Maximum $135,000.00 USD
