Structural Welder/Fitter - Lead Position!!

Location: Sherwood, Oregon Compensation: DOE Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm Who We Are: A Local manufacturing company that engineers, fabricates, and constructs equipment for the farming and logging industry for the last 45 years is looking to hire! This company is proud to buy and make all of its products in the United States. They are a complete process taking in material and performing everything from CNC machining, welding, and assembly. What You’ll Do: This is a working Lead Welder/Fabricator role for someone who wants to lead by example while staying hands-on. You’ll be responsible for fitting, fabricating, welding, and troubleshooting—not repeating the same production welds every day. You’ll work on large machines for the logging and agricultural industries, requiring strong experience with thick mild steel. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of projects, solve fabrication challenges, maintain quality, and provide direction to the team while still being in the shop doing the work.
