- Monday – Friday, 4:00 pm – 2:30 am
- Saturday overtime as required
Pay
- $24.00 – $27.00+ per hour, depending on experience
- $2.00 per hour shift differential

Responsibilities
- Embrace and demonstrate the qualities of the TrueNorth Steel Game Changer definition
- Follow all company safety and quality requirements
- Master all aspects of the level 1 position
- Perform welding disciplines required for the facility
- Work on semi-routine assignments with minimal supervision on new tasks
- Show initiative to identify areas of opportunity within standard procedures
- Maintain technical qualifications required for the position
- Ensure prompt and dependable attendance
- Fit and weld subassemblies into final position with flat or horizontal welds
- Accurately measure to specified tolerances
- Perform flat and horizontal welding
- Interpret weld symbols
- Operate oxy-fuel and/or carbon-arc equipment
- Conduct final weld inspections
- Perform basic layouts
- Follow oral and written directions
- Read imperial and metric tape measures
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of welding experience preferred
- Ability to work safely and accurately
